The Hall at Safe Harbor

The Hall at Safe Harbor is a great space for small to medium-sized events. The white-on-white main room, on-site tables, white chairs and linens make decorating very convenient and instantly elegant. Preparation and service are made easy in the large, well-equipped kitchen. Our guests were amazed at this hidden gem of a venue in Safe Harbor!

This space is so beautiful and intimate!! I loved the classic old world feel and all the charming character.

My fiance and I fell in love with this place as the venue for our wedding and reception. Peter diligently worked with us to make that happen. The whole place is late 1930s early1940s (pre war) style look and feel beautifully redone with so much of the original building preserved. From the cozy sitting lounge equipped with a large, wood burning fireplace to the arched windows of the hall itself. It was perfect.

Peter Douglass, the manager of the property, was very flexible and open to negotiation with time and price. Not only did the property show beauty and elegance, but the people behind it carried themselves with great kindness.

As a wedding photographer the Safe Harbor hall is a hidden GEM in Lancaster county. When I first toured the mid century modern historical place in August I fell in love and brought a couple for an engagement session immediately. I've since then hosted a full photography workshop and mini sessions at Safe Harbor hall simply because I can't get enough of the space. As a photographer the lighting is INCREDIBLE ALL TIMES OF DAY which is HUGE for what we do! I'll be using this space for future sessions.

We booked this venue for a private party. The space is beautifully decorated, spacious, and so charming. Peter, the property manager, was very communicative & helpful! The venue offers chairs, tables, yard games and some extra decor. It also has a kitchen with the basic appliances that we were grateful to use. I’d definitely recommend booking here!

The Hall at Safe Harbor was the perfect setting for our fall wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and unique. Peter was amazing to work with and communicated in a timely matter (which if you planned an event recently, you may know isn't the norm). The basic catering kitchen was perfect. There were so many extras included in the cost too, that it was a no brainier for us (tables, chairs, linens, outdoor games, etc).

Hosted a birthday party here and the venue was perfect! Great location that’s full of history, beautiful views and architecture. Would highly recommend!

We rented out the hall for our styled shoot last week and I was blown away by the space! It was so clean and beautiful. Peter was so friendly to work with and quick to respond. He was very laid back allowing us to add extra hours on as we needed and move furniture around to our liking. We used their velvet green couch for some photos and it turned out so cool. Also very affordable to rent per hour!
